In October 2019, Anatoly Kardash created the amateur association “Epatage Blues” at the House of Culture of the urban settlement of Novoelnya, Dyatlovsky district, the main goal of which was to popularize ballroom dancing among the residents of the village.
In May 2023, due to creative differences, Anatoly Kardash left the association “Epatage Blues” and organized the amateur association “EliteDance” at the Dyatlovsky district cultural center.
Under the motto “I will teach others what I have learned myself”, Anatoly Kardash teaches ballroom dancing classes at the Dyatlovsky cultural center.
The main goal of the team is to popularize and develop ballroom culture in the Republic of Belarus.
Organized and held the New Year’s Ball in the Novoelnyansky House of Culture in December 2019. In March 2020, he organized and held the first “Radziwill Ball” in the Dyatlovo District Cultural Center, which became traditional. Radziwill Balls were held in 2021 and 2022.
In July 2021, in the Novoelnyansky House of Culture, as part of a seminar of the Department of Culture of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee, Anatoly Kardash held a lesson on the topic “Organization and holding of balls in modern conditions”.
In 2023, the members of the association took part in balls held in the Grodno, Minsk, and Mogilev regions.
On the initiative of “EliteDance”, the “Spring Ball at Tyzenhaus, dedicated to women, was held in the Dyatlovo District Cultural Center on March 2.
On November 30, 2024, the “Ball in the Royal Castle” in Grodno was held.
During 2024, EliteDance took part in:

- Winter Ball in Soligorsk,
- Winter Ball in Nesvizh Palace and Park Complex,
- Spring Ball in Nesvizh Palace and Park Complex,
- Spring Ball in Zhemyslavl, Ivyevsky District,
- Flower Ball in the Dembovitsky Estate, Berdovka, Lida District,
- Dahlia Ball in the M.K. Oginsky Estate, Volozhin District.
- “Ball Library Summer” in the National Library of the Republic of Belarus, Minsk.
- Christmas Ball in the Radon Sanatorium.
- Participated in the regional competition “Polonaise” in Slonim, Grodno Region, where they took 1st place among choreographic groups.
Concert activities.
Participation in Christmas concerts on 07.01.2024 and 25.12.2024 in Dyatlovo.
Organized and conducted 5 master classes on holding Radziwill balls in the Volny Melnik estate of the Lida district.
Master class on organizing and holding Radziwill balls in the Adam Mickiewicz estate in the Zaosie agricultural complex of the Baranovichi district.
Participation in a concert in honor of Adam Mickiewicz’s birthday in the Zaosie agricultural complex of the Baranovichi district,
Participation in a concert at the Palace of Culture of the Minsk Tractor Plant dedicated to the opening of the 60th anniversary dance season in the Republic of Belarus.
Ballroom dancing classes are held weekly on Fridays and Sundays at the Dyatlovo Cultural Center.
